An uncommon complication of post trans-sphenoidal surgery for pituitary adenoma

Introduction: The commonest complications post trans-sphenoidal surgery is diabetes insipidus and the development of anterior pituitary hormone deficiencies. Other complications include meningitis, CSF leak, visual deterioration, haemorrhages and transient hyponatremia.
